On 17th February I completed my 200th online class celebration. I have been running online classes continuously since March 2020 when the pandemic hit the UK and we were all forced into the first lockdown.
I was concerned that my clients wouldn’t be able to continue with their Pilates classes so I set up a Facebook group at an initial cost of £15 per month, or free to Key workers. I delivered two 1/2 hour live classes each week and have now built up a back catalogue of over 200 classes that my clients can do as often as they like.
It was a steep learning curve for us all and my tech knowledge and delivery has improved greatly since the first class where I felt like I was delivering classes to myself! The group continues to be well supported
